Here’s how to enable Shopify Inbox notifications using the Chat ON Desk Shopify App:
- Log in to your app.chatondesk.com account.
- Navigate to the Integrations section in the right-side menu.
- In the Action column on the left, click the settings gear icon and select Edit Shopify Integration.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab (as shown in the screenshot).
- Locate the section “Enable shopify inbox notification” and click the toggle switch to enable it.
- Click the Save button (located in the top right corner, as shown in the screenshot) to apply your changes.
Once saved, your Shopify Inbox is ready to start receiving important alerts and messages from the integration.
