  • In the Action column on the left, click the settings gear icon and select Edit Shopify Integration.
  • Navigate to the Advanced tab (as shown in the screenshot).
  • Locate the section “Enable shopify inbox notification” and click the toggle switch to enable it.
  • Click the Save button (located in the top right corner, as shown in the screenshot) to apply your changes.
