Steps to Enable COD to Prepaid in Shopify Store
Here’s how to set up COD to Prepaid conversion with the Chat ON Desk Shopify App:
- Log in to your app.chatondesk.com account.
- Go to templates in app.chatondesk.com.
- Create template for COD to Prepaid. Please make sure that you have chosen “Call to Action” in buttons and “Order Details” in type of action
. - Go to Integrations in the menu and click on the settings icon of your Shopify store.
- Go to the Flows tab and click on Select Template under COD To Prepaid.
- Choose your WhatsApp template.
- Go to settings at bottom of the COD to Prepaid and set link expiration time and other values (like discount value, discount type etc)
. - Finally, Save It.
Now COD orders can be converted into prepaid instantly.
Please Note:
💡 The discount will be applied to the base order amount, and the customer will be required to pay the reduced price through any listed payment gateway.
💡 When customers choose to convert from COD to Prepaid, the original COD order is cancelled, and a new Prepaid order is automatically created in the backend.
