- Log in to your app.chatondesk.com account.
- Navigate to the Integrations section in the right-side menu.
- In the Action column on the left, click the settings gear icon and select Edit Shopify Integration.
- Go to the OTP tab and click on Select Template under OTP For Register.
- Choose your WhatsApp OTP template and save it.
- Click on the ellipsis (⋮) icon of the OTP For Register and click Configure. You will be redirected to your Shopify store, where WhatsApp OTP For Register will be enabled automatically.
