Process to Enable Chat ON Desk – Kommo Integration

  1. Access Integration Section: Log in to your Chat ON Desk account. On the dashboard, find and click the “Integration” option in the left-hand menu. Then, click the “Add” button located at the bottom right of the page.
  2. Select Kommo: From the list of available integration options, click on “Kommo”. This action will open the Kommo integration page within Chat ON Desk.
  3. Enter Kommo Credentials: On the Kommo integration page, you will be prompted to enter your Kommo account details. You will need to provide the following:
    • Kommo Subdomain: This is the unique part of your Kommo URL (e.g., yourcompany.kommo.com). You will only need to enter yourcompany.
  4. Verify and Connect: After entering your credentials, click the “Verify and Connect” button. Chat ON Desk will then attempt to connect to your Kommo account using the provided information
  5. Save: Once you have set your desired pipeline and status, click on the “Save” button to finalize the integration.

Once the integration is successfully enabled, here’s what will happen:

  • New WhatsApp Chats: Any new WhatsApp message sent to your Chat ON Desk number will automatically create a new lead in your selected Kommo pipeline.
  • Contact Information: The new lead will include the customer’s phone number and the initial message as a note. If the contact already exists, the new message will be added to their timeline.
  • Reply from Kommo: Your team can reply to these WhatsApp chats directly from the Kommo lead card, and all conversation history will be stored there.
