You’ll need the email and the password for this API user to set up the integration with Chat ON Desk.

Steps to Integrate Shiprocket Account with Chat ON Desk

So after you’ve knocked out the prerequisites, you should be basically ready to integrate your Shiprocket account with Chat ON Desk. Step 2: Configure the Webhook Endpoint in Shiprocket

To enable real time order changes, you’ll need to configure a webhook within Shiprocket , and that should point over to Chat ON Desk.
