- Go to New Campaign in Mo Enagage dashboard.
- Select Custom from Connector and choose the required event.
- Enter campaign details such as: Campaign Name, Target Audience Then click Next.
- Choose Method as POST
- Enter API URL as https://app.chatondesk.com/api/structuredpush.json
- Choose Method as Raw
- Copy the JSON body from the Chat ON Desk dashboard (Template Edit section) and paste it into the Raw Text area above.
- Change the phone value and template params (if variables are used in the template) in data key
- Click Next, review the campaign, and Publish it.
