1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp> WhatsApp Connect from the CleverTap dashboard.
2. Click + Add Provider and select Generic (Other) from the dropdown.

3. Enter the following details:

| Mobile Number | Enter your phone number onboarded to WhatsApp API with Chat ON Desk. |

4. Go to your Chat ON Desk dashboard
5. Go to Menu >> Integrations >> Add Integration >> Select Clevertap
6. Enter Delivery Report Callback URL and Inbound Message Callback URL(Copy from Clevertap)
7. Click Submit and copy HTTP End Point and go to Clevertap and paste it in HTTP End Point field.
8. Select Headers and enter apikey(You will get it from Chat ON Desk dashboard)

9. (Optional) Select Mark this as default to make this service provider the default provider to send a WhatsApp message.
10. (Optional) Select Set auto-reply for users not tracked on CleverTap to automatically reply to users who message on WhatsApp but are not tracked on the CleverTap dashboard.
11. Click Save to save the details.
To create WhatsApp campaigns, you must have pre-approved WhatsApp message templates saved in the CleverTap dashboard. To add the message templates:
1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp > WhatsApp Connect >Provider Nickname from the CleverTap dashboard.
2. Select the Templates option, and click +Template

3. Enter the template name in the Namespace field.
4. Choose the type of template header (Text or Media). For Media headers, you can use Image, Video, Document, and Location.
5. Enter the message content.
6. Select Footer to add a footer text and a button (Quick Reply or a Call To Action).
7. Select the Language in which you want to display the message.

8. Click Save Template.
