2. Navigate to Menu >> Integrations >> Add Integration >> Select Moengage

3. Enter moengage delivery tracking url as
https://api-01.moengage.com/whatsapp/1engage/dlr

4. Click on submit button

5. Here, you will find the api url on right hand side(this will be used in step 9)

6. Log-in to your MoEngage dashboard
7. Navigate to Settings >> Channels >> Whatsapp

8. Click on Add Connector and choose 1Enagae

9. Fill in the details as below

Sender Name	Name of the Connector (eg. Chat ON Desk)
Whatsapp Business Number	Whatsapp Number associated with your Chat ON Desk account
API URL	Paste the url generated in step 5 above
X-API-KEY	Your Chat ON Desk account API Key

2. Go to Menu >> Developers >> API Keys >> Add Api Key

3. Here click generate api key

4. Copy api key
