Send Campaigns via Chat On Desk MoEngage

Navigate to the App Marketplace in your MoEngage dashboard. Search for Chat On Desk in the search bar. Select the ChatOnDesk connector and click Integrate. Click on Add Integration, then enter: Connection Name and Chat On Desk API Key Once the integration is complete, go to New Campaign. Select Chat On Desk from Connected Apps and choose the required event. Enter campaign details such as: Campaign Name, Target Audience Then click Next. Select Connector and Connection Choose the field that contains the customer’s phone number Enter the ChatOnDesk Template ID. If your template includes variables, provide the parameters in JSON format, for example: {"name":"{{UserAttribute['Name']}}"} Click Next, review the campaign, and Publish it.
